Join Alvarez & Marsal, a global consulting firm, as a Senior Director, Director, or Assistant Director in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) team. You will provide expert advisory services, negotiation support, financial analysis, and client management. You will also lead and deliver end-to-end SPA advisory engagements, drive the learning and development of junior team members, and support the creation and enhancement of resources for the EMEA SPA team.

• Advisory Services: Provide expert advice on the financial and strategic implications of sale and purchase agreements.
• Negotiation support: Assist clients in negotiating key financial elements of the purchase price and SPA terms.
