About The Role

Join Beyond as an FP&A Manager - Corporate, where you will provide modeling support for financial and operational forecasts, strategic planning, business analysis, and annual budgeting. You will develop and implement financial modeling processes and tools, work cross-functionally with other teams, and communicate complex financial concepts to executive leadership. The role requires a highly analytical individual with strong Excel and data skills, a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance, and 4-5 years of experience in FP&A, public accounting, corporate accounting, or corporate finance.

  • Assurer la responsabilité, la maintenance et l'amélioration du cadre des modèles financiers opérationnels, prévisionnels et basés sur des scénarios.
  • Construire des modèles financiers dans Excel en fonction des données financières et opérationnelles historiques, en garantissant l'exactitude et la qualité du modèle.
  • Effectuer une analyse mensuelle des écarts par rapport aux modèles financiers et prendre des mesures en fonction des résultats.
  • Experience working in Claude, Gemini or other AI platform
  • Experience working for a PE-backed firm a plus
  • Experience with structured ERP systems (NetSuite, etc.) a plus
  • +2 years of experience in FP&A building and maintaining complex financial models and managing team
  • Understanding of, and ability to build, projection curves
  • Excellent Excel and data skills
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance or other related major
  • 4-5 years of experience in FP&A, Public Accounting, Corporate Accounting and Corporate Finance
  • Ability to work effectively under tight time constraints, and multi-task on various projects
  • Desire to learn the operations and strategy, and ability to question the status quo
  • Self-motivated and managed, exceptional follow-through
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards (U.S. GAAP) a plus
  • High potential individual, able to rise within the Finance organization
  • High standards of accuracy and precision; strong attention to detail; highly organized and demonstrated integrity
  • Strong verbal, quantitative, and written communication skills required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
