Senior Strategy & Operations Manager

Join Snorkel, a rapidly growing Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) company, as a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager. In this high-impact role, you will partner with leaders across various functions to bring operational clarity, execution rigor, and alignment to their highest-priority initiatives. You will own the operating cadence of the business, drive cross-functional initiatives, lead annual planning, diagnose performance issues, and improve operational processes. This position requires strong prioritization skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.

• Partner with leaders across DaaS to bring operational clarity, execution rigor, and alignment to their highest-priority initiatives.
• Own the operating cadence of the business, ensuring goals, metrics, and reporting tell a clear story to leadership.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, especially the ones that span multiple teams or sit in the gaps between them.
• Strong prioritization skills and bias toward action
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver outcomes end-to-end
• Experience partnering closely with operational leaders in high-growth or complex environments
• Comfortable operating in imperfect systems while building scalable processes
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to inform decisions and track performance
• Proven track record of influencing without authority
• Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces
• Exposure to delivery, operations, or workforce-based execution models
• Experience in services, marketplace, or data-driven businesses
• Experience supporting planning cycles and executive reporting
