About The Role

Refine and evolve testing infrastructure and tooling that enables engineers to ship high-quality features at scale.
Design, implement, and maintain automated testing systems, and create internal tools that improve developer productivity.
Partner closely with DevOps to optimize test execution and reliability within CI/CD pipelines, and drive best practices in testing.
A systems mindset—you think in terms of reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability
Experience with CI/CD systems such as CircleCI, Buildkite, or similar tools
3-5 years experience scaling test frameworks, infrastructure, or developer tooling
Actively uses AI-assisted development tools (e.g., copilots, code generation, debugging aids) to accelerate productivity and raise quality
Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure to complex problems
