Junior Talent Manager (Emerging Talent)

Join Sixteenth, a leading global Creator management company, as a Junior Talent Manager. In this role, you will support the growth of emerging Creator talent and help shape our new Creator Incubator Programme. You will manage a small roster of developing creators, identify high-potential emerging creators, and build meaningful relationships with them. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of talent in the Creator economy.

• Manage and support a small developing roster of emerging Creators across commercial partnerships and career development.
• Work alongside the Talent Director to build and launch Sixteenth’s Creator Incubator Programme, identifying high-potential emerging Creators.
• Help onboard and nurture 10-15 incubator Creators throughout 2026 through strategic support, education, introductions and community-building opportunities.
• Humble, hands-on and excited to contribute across all areas of the business
• Organised, self-motivated and excited by the opportunity to help build something from the ground up
• A strong understanding of the Creator Economy and deep interest in emerging internet culture and digital talent
• 1-3 years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, entertainment or a related field
• Coachable, collaborative and open to feedback and new ideas
• Naturally proactive with a strong instinct for spotting up-and-coming creators early
• An extrovert who loves meeting new people and building community
• Passionate about creator development and helping talent grow sustainably over time
• Commercially aware with a creative and culturally curious mindset
• Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence communicating with talent, brands and industry stakeholders
