Head of Product Operations

Join our team as the Head of Product Operations, where you will be responsible for owning the data layer, product lifecycle process, and onboarding for new product team members. This is an operations-focused role that requires a strong background in product operations, analytics, and program management. You will work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure the smooth functioning of our product organization.

• Ownership of the analytics stack, including instrumentation standards, event taxonomy, metric definitions, and dashboard hygiene.
• Management of the alpha → beta → GA process and the EPD↔GTM communication, including the RACI for each phase and the handoff gates.
• Development and implementation of a designed program for new-PM onboarding, ensuring consistent ramp times regardless of who's running it.
• Track record of owning KPI frameworks and instrumentation standards across multiple products and stakeholders
• Strong SQL and hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (Omni, Amplitude, Looker, or similar) — you can build dashboards and data models yourself, not just direct others to
• Sharp program manager who can run the alpha → beta → GA lifecycle process across a multi-product org without losing the details
• Excellent communicator — you can translate messy operational realities into clear frameworks and get buy-in from engineers, PMs, and execs alike
• 7+ years in product operations, strategy & operations, analytics, or a related role — ideally at a B2B SaaS company that scaled through complexity
• A builder of systems, not a manager of tasks. You've owned infrastructure that kept running after you moved on to the next thing
• Bonus: experience in hospitality tech, enterprise SaaS with strategic accounts, or scaling product analytics at a growth-stage company
