Senior Product Manager (AI Voice)

• Execute the roadmap for AI Voice, translating customer needs and business priorities into a clear plan for product development.
• Monitor AI accuracy, resolution rates, and system performance, and surface actionable improvements to enhance product quality.
• Engage directly with hotel clients and internal stakeholders to understand operational pain points and turn them into product requirements.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and keep teams aligned without direct authority
• 5+ years in product management, with experience shipping AI, conversational AI, or technically complex SaaS products
• Experience working directly with customers and incorporating their feedback into what you build
• Strong analytical skills and comfort connecting product metrics to customer and business outcomes
• Enough technical fluency in conversational AI — LLMs, NLP, dialog management — to collaborate effectively with engineers and ask the right questions
