Senior Technical Recruiter

Join Canary, a rapidly growing company, as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire hiring process, collaborating with leadership, managing full-cycle recruitment, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Applicant Tracking System, liaising with recruitment agencies, and tracking key recruitment metrics. • We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience, specifically in the tech/SaaS space, who can handle full-cycle recruiting while helping us professionalize how we hire
• Professional Experience: 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-growing SaaS company
• Technical Sourcing: Experience recruiting for engineering, product, or other technical roles is a huge plus
• Analytical Approach: Ability to use data to identify trends, address hiring bottlenecks, and improve overall recruitment efficiency
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong professional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and provide consultative advice to senior stakeholders
• Operational Autonomy: Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift based on business needs
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
