Customer Data Architect (Contract)

Join our team as a Customer Data/Customer Foundations Architect. In this role, you will provide dedicated architecture leadership across strategic transformation programs, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to define target architectures, support technology selection, guide implementation approaches, and ensure solutions align with the wider enterprise strategy. You will lead architecture for customer data transformation initiatives, define current-state and target-state customer architecture, and support the development of customer data models and ownership principles. This is a hybrid position with occasional travel required to program locations.

• Lead architecture for customer data transformation initiatives, including customer data foundations, customer view capabilities, CRM integration, and customer data platforms.
• Define current-state and target-state customer architecture, design approaches for customer data consolidation and improved customer insight.
• Establish architecture governance across the programme and wider customer domain, and support roadmap development and phased implementation planning.
• This position is hybrid with occasional travel required to programme locations as needed
