Retail Product Manager (Contract, Outside IR35)

• Lead the evolution of the App Experience, driving growth, engagement, and commercial impact across key strategic areas.
• Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the app experience, ensuring seamless, engaging, and commercially effective customer journeys.
• Define and deliver product initiatives that increase acquisition, activation, and retention of Food customers within the app.
• Strong track record of driving growth, engagement and measurable commercial outcomes
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Deep understanding of app-based customer journeys and optimisation
• Data-led mindset with experience running experiments and using insights to inform decisions
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager delivering customer-facing digital products at scale
• Collaborative approach with engineering, design and business teams
