About The Role
Join Ironclad as an Enterprise Architect, where you'll be a customer-facing advisor on both technical and business architecture. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to architect solutions that drive business value and accelerate innovation in contract lifecycle management. You'll engage with prospective customers, advise implementation teams on high-value architecture practices, and develop long-term advisory relationships with larger customers and partners. - Adviser les équipes de mise en œuvre d'Ironclad, des clients et des partenaires sur les pratiques d'architecture à forte valeur ajoutée, soit en tant que ressource facturable, soit en tant qu'investissement stratégique dans le succès du client.
- Développer et entretenir des relations d'advisory à long terme avec nos clients et partenaires, en veillant à la valeur à long terme des architectures basées sur Ironclad dans leurs contextes commerciaux.
- We seek experienced architects with deep technical roots in coding, integration, security, analytics and cloud computing, strong communication skills, and a strong collaborative ethic
- Comfortable with AI/LLM configuration, prompt design, and evaluation, and related tools (i.e. Claude Code)
- Good understanding of security processes, regulations, standards & challenges involved in cloud or hybrid applications
- Deep understanding and direct experience with cloud architecture and modern platform concepts including SaaS, PaaS, cross-cloud data and process integration, multi-tenancy, etc
- Knowledge of enterprise business processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, quote-to-cash, etc.) that intersect with digital contracting processes
- CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Hubspot, etc.)Procurement and ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday, etc.)ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)Security/Trust/Risk systems (e.g., OneTrust, ProcessUnity, etc.)Data visualization systems (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)IdPs (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, etc.)
- Solid understanding of enterprise application integration technologies (e.g., event-based integration, RESTful concepts, middleware approaches, etc.)
- Articulate, consultative and pragmatic approach with mature written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with tools and techniques for enabling analytics, data-based insights, artificial intelligence
- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent
- Experience with common enterprise architecture principles such as persona-based journeys, process orchestration, master data management, etc
- Knowledge of enterprise systems that intersect with digital contracting processes, such as the examples below:
- 8+ years experience in either software, system, or enterprise architecture
