About The Role

Join Ironclad as a Senior Staff Site Reliability Engineer. In this strategic role, you will define the future of our cloud platform, drive architectural resilience, and solve complex distributed systems at scale. You will provide technical leadership for the Site Reliability Engineering team, champion SRE best practices, and translate business needs into a scalable, resilient platform roadmap. You will also mentor and guide the team, ensuring engineering excellence across the organization.

Modern GitOps - Experience with tools like Terraform/Pulumi, CircleCI, ArgoCD
Experience with modern AI enabled tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Zed
Desire for helping customers, and the ability to dive deep and learn a new product
Troubleshooting and analytical skills, can PR review human and AI generated code
5+ years of coding experience
High output; low ego
Expert knowledge of Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform (or similar provider)
Ability to build resilient infrastructure
Experience and desire to work cross-functionally
8+ years of DevOps / SRE experience
Experience managing AI Infrastructure
Typescript Experience
Expert Database Management Experience
Experience with multi-region support
