Senior Staff Software Engineer

Join Ironclad as a Senior Staff Software Engineer, where you'll work cross-functionally to identify business problems and architect, build, and verify solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the foundation forward by building AI-powered contract intelligence features. As the Technical Lead Architect, you'll drive the technical strategy and decisions for Ironclad's document and record service, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. You'll also mentor other engineers, collaborate with product managers and designers, and help grow your team.

• At least 7 years of software experience architecting, building, launching and maintaining complex (backend/platform) systems (a formal degree is not required, we are prioritizing industry experience)
• Leadership across teams and a drive towards improving overall technical architecture and achieving company-wide goals
• Hands-on experience shipping valuable products to production with real user feedback
