About The Role

Join ROLLER, a fast-growing SaaS company, as a GTM Compensation Partner. In this hands-on, senior individual-contributor role, you will own the design, administration, and analysis of go-to-market commission plans. You will work closely with the CRO, VPs of Sales and Solutions Engineering, Finance, and payroll. This role offers the opportunity for growth into a broader compensation remit as the company scales. Enjoy benefits such as free medical insurance, work-from-home expenses, additional leave days, paid parental leave, a 401(k) plan, and individual learning and development budget.

  • Plan design & administration: Own the design and ongoing refinement of go-to-market commission plans across sales, renewals, expansion, and solutions engineering.
  • Analysis, strategy & tooling: Measure whether plans are working by tracking attainment, quota achievement, and how many reps are hitting target.
  • Establish and maintain the controls, systems, and operating rhythms that keep the program well governed, accurate, and auditable.
  • A tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related discipline is a plus, though hands-on experience matters most
  • Keen to grow, interested in expanding over time into broader compensation, including bonus, short-term incentives, equity, and benefits, as the role evolves
  • Around 7+ years of experience in go-to-market or sales commissions
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, and confidence working across large data sets
  • You have a high appetite for Technology and AI and a natural curiosity for how it can transform your work. You’re comfortable using AI tools to automate repetitive ‘busy work,’ freeing you up to focus on high-impact work
  • A genuine blend of strategy and analysis. You design the plans and run the numbers behind them, rather than purely executing
  • Experience building commission plans from the ground up, ideally at small-to-mid-size SaaS companies. If you’ve come from a larger company, you’ve also worked somewhere lean enough to build without ready-made infrastructure
  • A software / SaaS background, with a clear understanding of how compensation works in a software business
  • A hands-on operator who digs into the details rather than working from 10,000 feet. A strong communicator who moves fast, adapts well, and can influence and manage stakeholders across regions and outside official reporting lines, from sales, finance, revenue ops, and payroll to leaders like the CRO and RVPs
