Mid-Market Account Executive (AMER)

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the mid-market segment, including generating outbound leads and working with inbound leads.
• Conducting discovery calls and meetings with prospective customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• 5-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within mid-market or growth-focused environments with 4+ years tenure in at least one company
• You are technologically savvy with an ability to learn and demonstrate new technology fast
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing/Sales, Business, or related fields
• You are a problem solver with a strong business aptitude for selling and building lasting relationships with the ability to understand pain points and requirements - correlating them with potential business value
• Your proven experience in defining and achieving growth success metrics and your strong communication, interpersonal, and prospecting skills set you up for success
• You are based in Austin, Texas and are open to a hybrid working environment
