About The Role

Join Anthropologie as a PR & Events Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will lead and elevate the brand's presence across key EU markets, executing integrated PR and events strategies that build brand awareness and drive customer engagement. You will manage all press office functions, oversee the gifting strategy, and nurture long-term strategic relationships with influencers and brand partners. Additionally, you will own the end-to-end EU events strategy, manage budgets, and lead a team of PR professionals.

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated PR strategies aligned with seasonal campaigns, brand objectives, and commercial priorities.
  • Oversee the collaboration with international/franchise PR teams, ensuring consistency in messaging, execution, and performance delivery across the UK and wider EU markets.
  • Own the end-to-end EU events strategy, including press and influencer events, VIP dinners, community partnerships, pop-ups, and in-store activations.
  • Strong budget management experience, including forecasting, allocation, and supplier negotiation at scale
  • A data-literate approach to PR and events, with experience building reporting frameworks that track coverage, sentiment, event ROI, and audience reach, and using those insights to continuously refine strategy
  • Commercially minded with sharp instincts for how brand activity translates to footfall, revenue, and long-term brand performance
  • Demonstrated experience managing external agencies and international or franchise PR teams, maintaining consistency in messaging and performance across markets
  • End-to-end events experience, spanning large-scale press and influencer activations, customer loyalty experiences, and in-store activations, with a proven ability to deliver high-impact moments that drive both commercial results and cultural conversation
  • A strong, established network of media, influencer, and industry contacts across the UK and European markets, you know the editors, stylists, and journalists who matter, and they know you
  • Experience managing and developing a team, with a clear, empowering leadership style and a commitment to people development
  • Proven management experience in PR, events and experiential marketing within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail
  • Ability to bridge physical and digital activations to drive engagement, storytelling, and commercial impact
  • Proven track record of leading high-profile, culturally relevant events and integrated PR campaigns at scale, from large-scale press activations to intimate customer experiences
