Regulatory Compliance Manager (URBN)

• Proactively monitor and interpret the evolving EU/UK legislative landscape to provide executive-level insights on business impact and "market-readiness."
• Conduct comprehensive gap analyses and design risk-based compliance frameworks that prioritize high-impact areas while maintaining business agility.
• Act as the primary liaison to the US Regulatory team, ensuring EU/UK requirements are integrated into a cohesive, enterprise-wide global compliance strategy.
