About The Role
Join URBN, a leading international retail company, as a Manager of Regulatory Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting evolving EU/UK regulations, conducting gap analyses, and designing risk-based compliance frameworks. You will also serve as the primary liaison to the US Regulatory team, oversee the deployment of compliance initiatives, and lead cross-functional working groups. - Proactively monitor and interpret the evolving EU/UK legislative landscape to provide executive-level insights on business impact and "market-readiness."
- Conduct comprehensive gap analyses and design risk-based compliance frameworks that prioritize high-impact areas while maintaining business agility.
- Act as the primary liaison to the US Regulatory team, ensuring EU/UK requirements are integrated into a cohesive, enterprise-wide global compliance strategy.

- Technical Proficiency: High degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Industry Experience: Regulatory Compliance, ideally within the apparel or retail sectors
- Strategic Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive regulatory compliance programs and strategies
- Analytical Rigor: Proven experience analyzing complex regulations in various regions across the world
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of global product safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging compliance trends
- Industry Networking: Well-versed in the key organizations and initiatives driving compliance within the retail and apparel space
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (highly preferred)
