About The Role

Join our team as a Senior Sales Performance Analyst, a part-time, flexible role designed for a seasoned professional with a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights. In this high-impact position, you will act as a business partner to our Senior Management teams, providing strategic reporting and insights, serving as a liaison for sales leadership, and overseeing CRM governance. You will work independently in a remote-first environment, managing deadlines and stakeholders with minimal supervision.

  • Act as a business partner to senior management teams, providing high-level visibility into sales performance and delivering insights that influence commercial strategy.
  • Lead the refinement of sales forecasting models and work closely with FP&A to bridge the gap between sales optimism and financial reality.
  • Oversee the integrity of Salesforce data, providing architectural insights needed to automate manual reporting and improve the user experience for the sales team.
  • Highly-Autonomous: The ability to work independently in a part-time capacity, managing deadlines and stakeholders with minimal supervision
  • Commercial and Financial Acumen: You understand the sales cycle, the pressure of a closing month, and how to translate data into language that motivates sales teams. At the same time, you understand financial governance requirements and you can read a P&L and Balance sheet
  • Proven Track Record: At least 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Finance with experience of performance analysis. You have experience of managing and delivering to senior stakeholders including Sales VP, Commercial MD or C-level leadership
  • Remote Mastery: Exceptional networking and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence peers and stakeholders in an international/remote/hybrid setting
  • Technical Toolkit: Expert-level proficiency in Excel,Google Suite and CRM (Salesforce). Interoperability between Google Suite and Excel is a key requirement. Advanced experience with BI tools (Tableau+, Power BI, or similar) and Spark SQL for Databricks is highly preferred
