Associate Sales Engineer

Join Narmi's Growth team as an Associate Sales Engineer. In this role, you will partner with financial institutions to understand their needs, demonstrate how Narmi solves their problems, and work cross-functionally to drive deals forward. You will be the technical bridge between prospects and our product, engineering, and success teams. Responsibilities include engaging with prospects, delivering tailored product demos, drafting responses to RFPs, and staying current on competitor solutions. • Collaborate with financial institutions to understand their needs and demonstrate how Narmi's solutions address their challenges.
• Serve as the technical liaison between prospects and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the sales process.
• Create and deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical presentations, and thorough responses to RFPs.
• Experience working in or with financial institutions
• Track record of owning projects and working autonomously
• Strong communicator with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% of the time
• Mastery of modern web technologies
• 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles (sales engineering, consulting, professional services) at B2B SaaS companies
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and Python
• Prior FinTech or banking technology experience
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
