Join <Observe.AI> as a People Business Partner, where you'll shape the employee experience at every stage of their journey. This high-impact role involves driving talent strategy, elevating the employee experience, and modernizing people practices through innovation and AI-enabled initiatives. You'll support new hire onboarding, manage employee engagement, and act as a strategic advisor to leaders on talent planning and organizational effectiveness. Additionally, you'll coordinate learning and development programs and contribute to organizational transformation initiatives.

Collaborating with leadership to drive talent strategy and elevate the employee experience.
Managing employee engagement initiatives, including milestone programs and culture-building efforts.
Supporting employee relations matters and acting as a strategic advisor to leaders on talent planning.
BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related Social/Behavioral Science field
3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, ideally supporting GTM or client-facing teams
Experience supporting employee relations matters, including coaching, documentation, and performance conversations, with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
Experience in a high-growth or start-up environment (Series B–D) strongly preferred
MA/MS in IO Psychology, HR, Business, or a related field preferred
Experience supporting or coordinating learning & development, onboarding, or manager enablement programs
