About The Role
Join Abridge, a company revolutionizing the healthcare industry by capturing structured clinical data in real-time. As a Product Lead, you will define, ship, and scale innovative products that bridge the gap between payers and providers, reducing administrative burdens and improving experiences for patients and clinicians. You will work closely with health system revenue cycle leaders and payers, navigate complex clinical and operational workflows, and drive enterprise partnerships. - 5+ years of product management experience with expertise in B2B healthcare products, ideally in revenue cycle management, health IT, or adjacent domains
- Commercial fluency. You've worked closely with sales, partnerships, or BD on early-stage deals
- Clear, direct communication. You write and speak well. You can take something complicated and make it simple without losing precision
- Comfort with ambiguity. You're good at running discovery, forming hypotheses, and updating quickly when you're wrong
- Strong cross-functional credibility. You can talk to ML scientists about model outputs, to lawyers about data use agreements, and to a pharma VP about their clinical development pipeline
- You have built products at the intersection of clinical workflows and financial/administrative operations
- You have direct experience shipping revenue cycle, billing, coding, or prior authorization products
- You have experience with Epic, Cerner, or other EHR billing and revenue cycle modules
- You understand payer policies, medical necessity criteria, and prior authorization workflows
- You have managed design partner relationships or early-stage enterprise pilots in healthcare
- You have experience building collaborative solutions that create value for multiple stakeholders with competing interests
