About The Role

Join Abridge, a rapidly growing startup, as a Senior Product Operations Manager. In this hands-on, high-impact role, you will drive clarity, unlock execution, and ensure our product managers and builders can focus on creating user value. You will report to the VP of Product and be embedded within our Builders organization, acting as a key operating partner to product leadership. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the product organization's single sources of truth, building a product operating system, facilitating quarterly roadmap reviews, owning the release process, and tracking dependencies. This position offers a remote work environment, unlimited PTO, and equity for all new employees.

  • Driving clarity and unlocking execution within the product organization to ensure product managers can focus on creating user value.
  • Building and maintaining the product operating system, including the living roadmap, goals, and feedback tracking, to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Facilitating quarterly roadmap reviews, collecting cross-functional inputs, and prepping for cross-functional reviews to ensure alignment.
  • Bias to action. High ownership mentality. You would rather ship something imperfect and iterate than over-plan
  • Numerate. You can present a point of view backed by analysis. You are as comfortable in a spreadsheet as in a stakeholder meeting
  • High EQ and the ability to influence without authority. You earn trust from engineers, PMs, GTM leaders, and executives because you are clear, reliable, and useful
  • Comfort with ambiguity. The mix of execution and strategy will shift quarter by quarter. You are energized by that, not destabilized
  • First-principles thinker. You design operating systems that fit the context you're in, not playbooks copied from somewhere else
  • Incredibly AI-pilled. You use AI tools every day, at work and on the side. You try new tools the week they launch and you build systems yourself (scripts, agents, workflows)
  • 2+ years in consulting, investment banking, investing or similar roles (startup experience on top of that is a plus)
