Senior Full Stack Engineer (Integrations VistA)

In this role, you will design, build, and scale our integrations, working closely with engineers, implementation specialists, support, and product managers. You will enhance existing systems, advocate for high standards, and maintain a user-centric mindset. • Design, build, and scale integrations powering the product, leveraging technology standards and healthcare standards.
• Collaborate closely with health system customers to deploy, troubleshoot, and support integrations, and engage with external partners.
• Advocate for high standards; make quality-of-life improvements to the codebase; add documentation and share knowledge.
• Excitement about working on our tech stack, which include NodeJS/TypeScript and Google Cloud Platform
• Comfortable with working across domains and languages with a curiosity to experiment & learn new things
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Passionate about working in healthcare integrations
• Experience working with technologies REST-like APIs (FHIR), OAuth2.0, mTLS
• Ability to act with autonomy & self-direction while working well in a team environment
• 5+ years of experience launching business-critical integrations with large enterprises
• Willingness to pitch in wherever needed - as a fast-moving startup we need to do good work, quickly
• 2+ years of VistA Integration experience
• Experience with mPage Workflow components, Dynamic Documentation, and CCL
• 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data integrations
• Experienced in delivering integrations with EHRs like Oracle Health/VistA and others
• Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies: FHIR, HL7, X12
