About The Role

Join Chainlink Labs as a Lead Talent Partner (Engineering) and play a crucial role in shaping our hiring strategy and elevating our hiring quality. In this hands-on recruiting and people leadership role, you will manage a small team of Talent Partners and act as a strategic partner to Engineering, Product, Security, and Research leaders. You will operate in a high-ambiguity environment where exceptional hiring decisions directly impact product velocity and ecosystem growth.

Lead and manage a team of Talent Partners, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance and delivery.
Develop and implement hiring strategies, processes, and frameworks to attract and assess exceptional talent in a competitive market.
Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies, role calibration, and execution across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge and advise senior leaders
Located in EST, CT or MST time zones
Comfortable balancing hands-on recruiting with people leadership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Interest in or exposure to Web3, crypto or deeply technical domains
Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, team performance and continuous improvement
Proven experience hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive, high-bar environments
Experience leading, mentoring or coaching recruiters and building high-performing recruiting teams
