Research Internship

Join Chainlink Labs as a Research Intern and contribute to the development of decentralized oracle technologies. Work alongside top experts in applied cryptography, mechanism design, and distributed systems to identify and solve key research challenges. Transition innovations from Chainlink Labs into production and stay updated on relevant technology ecosystems. A background in computer science and professional software development experience is required.

• Support the mission of building secure and flexible decentralized oracle technologies by conducting research and solving key challenges.
• Collaborate with Chainlink core engineering and research scientists to identify and transition innovations into production.
• Stay updated on relevant technology ecosystems and participate in technical communities to guide research toward practical applications.
• Familiarity with academic process and ability to engage with existing literature on relevant research topics, e.g. by performing literature searches and comprehending papers in a wider context
• B.S. in computer science or equivalent professional experience along with coursework in algorithms and data structures and discrete math
• Professional software development experience is required
• Broad knowledge of blockchain technologies and familiarity specifically with smart contracts
• Advanced computer science or related degree, coursework in applied and theoretical cryptography, mechanism design, distributed systems, or related fields
• Familiarity with Go or Rust
