IT & EP Security Engineer

Join Duetti as an IT & Endpoint Security Engineer. In this role, you will design, implement, and operate systems that manage internal devices and access. You will own endpoint management end-to-end, implement and maintain MDM and endpoint security platforms, and ensure devices meet security and operational standards. You will also design and maintain least-privilege access models, own onboarding/offboarding access workflows, and evaluate the security implications of modern AI and automation tools. Additionally, you will monitor for unusual endpoint and account behavior, support incident response, and provide internal IT support.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build systems in ambiguous environments
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with Google Workspace administration is a plus
• Strong experience with MDM and endpoint security platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Familiarity with modern productivity and AI tooling ecosystems
• Passion for building secure systems that enable teams to move fast
• 7+ years of experience in IT, endpoint security, or internal security engineering roles
• Deep understanding of SaaS access control, identity management, and least-privilege models
• Experience being a foundational or early IT/security hire in a startup or fast-growing tech company
• Experience managing device lifecycle and endpoint compliance
