About The Role

Join Formlabs as the Head of Software Product Management, where you will lead the development and commercialization of our rapidly growing software product portfolio. You will navigate the full product life cycle, impact decision making across disciplines, and mentor and develop your team. Ideal candidates have a background in computer science or embedded engineering, at least 5 years of product management experience, and a track record of leading high-performing teams.

Lead the software product management team through the full product life cycle, from conception to launch and commercialization.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to impact decision making and ensure software decisions align with hardware and material products.
Conduct research and competitive analysis to understand user needs, anticipate market demand, and identify gaps for product improvement.
Preferably have a computer science or embedded engineering background
At least 5 years of experience in a product management role
Drive processes forward and have a bias for action
Enable your team to do their best work
Previous experience leading a team with 5+ direct reports
Started a company/new product from scratch before
Experience scaling teams
Track record of leading high performing teams
Experience in B2B tech space
