About The Role

Join Formlabs as a Senior Product Manager (Hardware) and take on the challenge of defining and driving new hardware products to completion. You will work closely with engineering, define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the product through development to shipping. You will also develop a deep understanding of our customers, business, competitors, and technology, and identify new areas of opportunity for Formlabs.

Defining and driving new hardware products to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success.
Identifying immediate and/or upcoming user needs, developing product requirements and a product roadmap that addresses them.
Managing collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently.
Experience shipping software-enabled hardware product to customers (or convince us why this doesn’t matter)
Process oriented mindset
Make data driven decisions
Hardware engineering or physics background
Clear communicator, both written and oral
Experience as a product founder or experience leading products in a startup environment
Mechanical or electrical engineering degree
MBA or experience in a consulting role
Familiarity with manufacturing, regulatory, or product standards and compliance in industries like healthcare, pharma, or life sciences
Experience with 3D printing technologies and materials
