Technical Sales Manager (French Speaker)

Join Formlabs, a leading 3D printing company, as a Technical Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting and selling cutting-edge additive manufacturing technology, identifying sales leads, and ensuring an amazing customer experience. You will receive comprehensive training and have the opportunity to represent Formlabs at trade shows and customer events. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a STEM-related degree, 0-3 years of work experience, and fluency in French and English.

• Comprendre la demande des clients pour consulter et vendre efficacement des technologies de fabrication additive.
• Identifier les pistes de vente et suivre les demandes de vente entrantes par téléphone et par e-mail.
• Coordonner des points de contact réguliers avec les clients pour mieux comprendre leurs besoins et aligner les résultats sur la croissance des ventes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field
• 0-3 years full-time work experience
• Have the ability to handle rejection, learn, and adapt
• A relationship builder who is customer focused and results-oriented
• Able to work independently but enjoy and thrive in a team environment
• Able to effectively communicate with customers via phone, video & email
• Language requirements: C1 or better fluency in French AND English is required; additional European languages are a plus
