Vice President of Operations

Join Formlabs as the Vice President of Operations, where you will lead the global strategy and execution of operations. You will oversee manufacturing engineering, supply demand management, logistics, supply chain, and materials operations. This role requires a strong background in operations, supply chain, and manufacturing, as well as the ability to craft and execute long-term strategies for growth. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and play a key role in expanding Formlabs' global reach and product capabilities.

• Construire et exécuter une stratégie pluriannuelle pour développer les opérations mondiales de Formlabs et élargir les capacités des produits.

• MBA or equivalent leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to craft and execute long-term strategies that expand capabilities, improve margins, and enable growth at scale
• Track record of building strong vendor relationships and negotiating high-value contracts
• Proven success scaling global, multi-site manufacturing networks
• Deep expertise leading operations across manufacturing engineering, supply chain and or logistics
• Strong background in operations, supply chain, and manufacturing
