• Accurately enter customer orders into the system, maintain and manage the order book, and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers to identify reorder opportunities and generate incremental revenue, and support the wider sales team with quotes and proposals.
• Assist with the creation and updating of product catalogues and sales materials, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information is accurate.
