Join Haddad Brands Europe, a leading distributor of children's apparel under exclusive licenses. As a Sales Manager, you will drive profitable growth, develop sales strategies, manage inventory, support product range development, and drive marketing support for key partners. You will work closely with the Brand Director and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure alignment with business priorities.

• Act as key support and strategic right hand to the Brand Director driving profitable growth of the brands in scope across Europe.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share, working closely with key accounts leads and partner with cross-functional teams to identify and drive growth opportunities.
• Lead annual and seasonal planning to drive growth and market share across existing and new accounts, and conduct competitive analysis and benchmark product, pricing, and distribution.
