Strategy & Growth Internship

Join our team as a Strategy & Growth Intern, where you will work closely with the Director of Strategy & Growth on various strategic initiatives. You will conduct research on new business verticals, develop and test concepts, analyze key business processes, and present your findings to the leadership team. • Collaborate with the Director of Strategy & Growth on strategy-related topics, including identifying business models and optimizing processes.
• Conduct research on new verticals, formulate working hypotheses, and translate concepts into practice through pragmatic tests and MVP development.
• Independently analyze business processes, develop optimization approaches, and present results to the leadership team.
• You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with complex, conceptual topics and approach problems hypothesis-driven
• You have very good self-organization and sound judgment and decision-making skills
• You have very good language skills in German and English
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in VCs, green-tech startups or in a top-tier strategy consultancy
• You have a very good Master's degree in economics or a comparable degree program at a renowned university
• You enjoy working in a fast-changing business environment, taking responsibility and wanting to continuously improve processes
