Assistant Marketing Manager (Southern Europe)

• Collaborate with various departments to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, launches, and events that push industry boundaries.
• Curate launch ideas, content ideation and briefing, digital and print artwork briefing, leading on in-store events, and managing launch communications.
• Drive and develop the retailer/regional marketing calendar, leveraging the full marketing mix to deliver plans that drive new product development.
• Previous experience in working with large retail chains and excelling in Trade Marketing
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner and ruthlessly prioritise
• Experienced managing multiple stakeholders
• Excellent English written and verbal skills and fluency in the Italian language
• A natural curiosity, passion and love for the beauty industry

• Previous experience in a Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager position or similar
• Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair
• An excellent communicator comfortable presenting, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view
