About The Role

Join our team as an Automation & AI Assistant CRM Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing CRM campaigns across various channels, leveraging customer data for personalization, and exploring the potential of AI in enhancing campaign performance. You will work closely with internal teams, monitor campaign performance, and support CRM best practices. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for customer marketing.

Support the planning, briefing, build, QA, and deployment of CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging.
Leverage customer data and segmentation to deliver highly targeted and personalized communications, and use AI tools and automation to improve CRM effectiveness.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using Looker and CRM platform analytics, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve performance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset with confidence interpreting campaign performance data
Understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms - Braze an advantage
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience working in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing
Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Looker
Experience using AI tools within marketing workflows
Experience with Movable Ink or dynamic content platforms
Basic HTML/email build knowledge
Experience within retail, beauty, fashion, or ecommerce environments
Understanding of automation, predictive marketing, or AI-driven personalization
