About The Role
Join our team as an HR Project Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will drive the delivery of strategic HR initiatives, manage key HR projects from design to implementation, and optimize HR processes. You will also lead organizational change activities, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and provide regular project updates. The successful candidate will have strong project management capability, expertise in process optimization, and experience in change management. - Lead the delivery of HR projects across the employee lifecycle, managing projects from design through to implementation, governance, and post-launch optimisation.
- Review and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, consistency, employee experience, and compliance, identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the People team and business, translating business needs into practical HR solutions and providing regular project updates.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in delivery
- Demonstrated experience delivering change management initiatives within complex organisations
- Knowledge of core HR disciplines including Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Job Architecture and Reward
- Experience in process improvement and operational optimisation
- Strong project management capability with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Proven experience leading HR project delivery programmes or HR change
- Experience of operating with Success Factors
- Change management qualification or methodology experience
- Experience working in matrixed or international organisations
- Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and resilient

- Highly organised and delivery focused
- Adaptable and comfortable operating in evolving environments
