Senior Legal Counsel (Digital and Technology)

• Advising the international business on day-to-day digital and technology matters, delivering high standards of legal advice and regulatory compliance.
• Supporting the business in negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts relating to outsourcing, licensing, hosting, digital marketing, software development, and other third-party engagements.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of legal procedures and policies to ensure the business’ compliance with applicable laws, and supervising junior team members.
• Experience of working for a global brand and advising on multi-jurisdictional issues is highly desirable
• Solid training and qualifications from a leading national or international law firm or reputable business
• In-house experience is highly desirable
• Qualified solicitor – England and Wales
• Commercial skill set, with strong knowledge of commercial law and the digital, technology, IT legal space
