As a Senior Staff Program Manager & Chief of Staff (Operations), you will support the CVP of Operations by driving cross-functional programs, coordinating operations processes, and preparing materials for leadership discussions. You will play a crucial role in scaling operations and accelerating company-wide execution. This is a high-trust role for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity and move quickly without creating noise.
