Hacker Community Manager (12 month FTC)

Join Intigriti, a leading bug bounty platform, as a Hacker Community Manager. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our community of over 150,000 ethical hackers. You will engage with the community on social media, plan and support online events, oversee rewards programs, and run community projects. Success in this role will be measured by your active presence in Discord, the regularity of events, timely rewards distribution, and the completion of a community project.

• Maintenir une présence active et reconnaissable dans notre Discord, sur les réseaux sociaux et dans la boîte de réception de la communauté.
• Planifier et soutenir les événements communautaires en ligne, gérer la logistique, la promotion, l'hébergement/modération et le suivi après l'événement.
• Superviser les programmes de récompenses mensuels et trimestriels de la communauté : suivi, sélection, exécution et annonces.
• Strong written communication and a natural community instinct
• You are comfortable and confident on Discord and social platforms
• Familiarity with bug bounty or the wider security community (e.g. CTFs), with curiosity and willingness to learn more
• You are organised and self-directed, comfortable owning recurring programmes without hand-holding
