Revenue Enablement Manager

Join our fast-growing cybersecurity company as a Revenue Enablement Manager. In this pivotal role, you will empower our revenue teams by providing them with the training, resources, and knowledge needed to drive revenue growth, product adoption, and customer satisfaction. You will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, develop and deliver engaging enablement programs, and continuously measure and optimize enablement effectiveness. • Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences for new hires in the revenue team, accelerating ramp time.
• Own the end-to-end revenue onboarding program, including logistics, scheduling, content creation, delivery and measurement.
• Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams to reinforce consistent use of approved messaging and build strong product knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and style, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences
• Experience in cybersecurity is a plus
• First-hand experience in client-facing or commercial teams
• 3+ years' experience in enablement. Specifically: sales training and coaching, knowledge management, and new hire onboarding
• Strong ability to create engaging learning experiences that drive process adoption, from written content to interactive sessions
• Ability to synthesise company and product knowledge into bespoke enablement resources specific to Intigriti’s product and services
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems, learning platforms, and content creation tools, such as Workramp and Notion
• Familiar with Sales Methodologies, such as SPICED, MEDDPICC, Command of the Message (CotM), etc
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for educating and empowering others
