Manage projects to ensure smooth execution across five key KPIs: Customer Relationship Management, Cost Management, Time Management, Risk Management, and People Management. Lead and take full responsibility for the entire DCS Project Cycle, including Sales Handover, KOM, Engineering, Procurement, Staging/Assembly, Customer FAT, Shipment, SAT, Handover, and Closure. Provide active support during Project Bidding/Proposal stages to ensure an optimized budget.
