Senior Product Manager (SMB)

Join ZipRecruiter, a leading online employment marketplace, as a Senior Product Manager in our SMB Product team. In this role, you will own the product vision and execution for either Candidate Delivery products or Proactive Sourcing, driving significant business impact. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and cross-functional stakeholders to build and scale experiences that improve employer outcomes and drive business growth. This position requires deep analytical skills, strategic versatility, self-motivation, AI/ML fluency, B2B expertise, proven leadership, customer obsession, marketplace experience, and SMB product experience.
