Financial Analyst

Join Glydways as a Financial Analyst, where you will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business planning. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into clear financial insights. You will work cross-functionally to improve financial processes and maintain high-quality financial models. Responsibilities include building and improving financial models, supporting financial reporting processes, preparing analyses, developing dashboards, and ensuring data integrity. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required, along with 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Construire, maintenir et améliorer des modèles financiers pour le budget, les prévisions, l'analyse de scénarios et la planification à long terme.
• Soutenir les processus de reporting financier, y compris les mises à jour mensuelles et trimestrielles et la réconciliation.
• Préparer des analyses liées aux dépenses d'exploitation, aux tendances des revenus, aux flux de trésorerie et à la rentabilité.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory, project finance, or a similar analytical role
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling in Excel, including budgeting, forecasting, and sensitivity analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, lookups, logical functions, tables, and model organization best practices
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
