About The Role

Join Vendelux as the Head of Organizer Account Management, where you will lead and scale our event organizer partner program. In this senior, player-coach role, you will manage a team of account managers while personally owning strategic partnerships and operational excellence. You will build the foundation of Vendelux's account management function, drive retention and expansion, and represent Vendelux externally at industry events.

  • Lead and scale the event organizer partner program, managing a team of account managers while personally owning strategic partnerships.
  • Build the foundation of Vendelux’s account management function, including targets, playbooks, and health metrics that deliver predictable retention and expansion.
  • Coach account managers on delivering compelling business outcomes for their partners, and drive team accountability and results.
  • You’ve built or managed partner, channel, or customer success programs at a Series A/B/C tech company, led a team, and thrive in commercial, operational work
  • Strong operational mindset: building playbooks, KPIs, segmentation strategies, and scalable processes
  • Proven success hitting retention and expansion targets; comfortable owning your number and your team’s
  • 7–10+ years in account management, partnerships, or customer success, with 3+ years managing teams — ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Excellent people manager and coach who can hire, develop, and retain high-performing account managers
  • Highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and prioritizes competing demands
  • Comfortable with data and customer usage/adoption metrics; a strong communicator who builds trust and navigates complex stakeholder conversations

  • Familiarity with events, experiential, or brand marketing ecosystems
  • Experience with data, analytics, media, or marketing intelligence platforms
  • Experience with international clients or expanding into new markets
