• Escribir y refinar copias de salida 1:1 que se sientan humanas, ganen respuestas y reflejen la voz de la marca de cada cliente.
• Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de Éxito del Cliente para alinear las prioridades de la cuenta, identificar riesgos y entregar resultados.
• Creative problem solver who finds practical solutions in ambiguous situations and doesn't wait for a perfect playbook
• Genuinely excited about AI — not just as a buzzword, but as a core part of how you work and think
• Clear, concise communicator who works well cross-functionally and keeps the right people informed without over-communicating
• Naturally adaptable and a fast self-learner: when you encounter a new tool or problem, you figure it out before asking for help
• Strong instincts for B2B email copy: you can tell the difference between a message that earns a response and one that doesn't, and you know why
• 3–5 years in outbound sales, B2B marketing, customer success, or a high-volume client-facing operations role

• Proven experience managing a large number of concurrent accounts or workstreams without things slipping — you have a system and you stick to it
• Analytical enough to diagnose campaign performance and turn metrics into clear next actions
