Recruiting Coordinator

Join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting and accelerating our hiring efforts across the company. This contract position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys both people-facing work and behind-the-scenes execution. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while also helping to build strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles. The role has a 4-5 day onsite requirement and offers various benefits, including regular retreats and recharge weeks.

• Own interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Manage job postings, candidate statuses, and interview feedback in the ATS, and support offer logistics.
• Source candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels, and conduct initial outreach and screening conversations.
• A candidate-first mindset with high attention to detail
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple roles and stakeholders at once
• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a related role (experience level flexible)
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Familiarity with Ashby, Linkedin and Juicebox
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in growing into a full-cycle recruiter role over time
