Senior Full Stack Engineer

Join Vendelux as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. You'll be responsible for shipping critical features, driving key infrastructure changes, and owning substantial user-impacting projects from design to build to rollout. You'll participate in code and system design reviews, contribute improvements to internal processes and dev tools, and help grow the team through hiring and mentoring activities. You'll report directly to the Head of Engineering and work with a tech stack that includes Typescript, React, Python, Django, MySQL, Postgres, AWS, and GCP. • Participate in code and system design reviews, contribute improvements to internal processes and dev tools.
• Understand user needs and contribute to product discovery and prioritization with leadership, product management, and design teams.
• Help grow the team through hiring and mentoring activities, and report directly to the Head of Engineering.
• Comfort with modern AI tools to accelerate development
• Judgment to take on technical debt and risk where appropriate

• Track record of shaping and shipping valuable features
• 5+ years of experience building complex applications using a modern language, like Python and/or Typescript
• Track record of driving high-leverage improvements to infrastructure and process
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience with AI prototyping tools like v0, Lovable, Replit, etc
• DevOps or platform/infrastructure experience (or deep interest)
• Previous startup experience
