Agency Development Lead

Join Reddit as an Agency Development Lead III, where you will be instrumental in expanding our business through strategic partnerships with WPP. You will manage and support relationships with the holding company, identify growth opportunities, and develop initiatives that benefit our agency partners and generate opportunities for our Sales team. You will also act as a liaison between Hold Co and Reddit, formulate and execute go-to-market strategies, and lead educational training for agencies.

• Expanding business by leading partnerships with WPP and managing strategic relationships.
• Identifying growth opportunities through education programs and next-generation business solutions.
• Formulating and executing quarterly/annual Hold Co Agency go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
• 12+ years of experience in advertising sales and agency relationship management
• Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing change effectively
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Deep familiarity with the WPP / HoldCo ecosystem and strong relationships across key agencies
• Exhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skills
• Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
• Demonstrated expertise in building and cultivating relationships with senior agency decision-makers at the C-Suite and VP Level
