Creative Strategist (App Dev)

Join Reddit's KarmaLab, the creative engine behind the Global Sales Organization. As a Creative Strategist, you will shape creative strategies for app advertisers, partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, and translate business challenges into culturally resonant Reddit ideas. You will also act as a creative consultant and Reddit platform expert for App Dev-focused clients and agency partners.

• Deep understanding of Reddit, internet culture, and community-driven platforms
• Understanding of mobile app growth or performance-driven advertiser ecosystems
• Experience working closely with Sales and xfn partners to drive business growth
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and client communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop compelling creative strategies in fast-moving environments
• Portfolio demonstrating strong strategic and creative thinking
• Proficiency in Google Slides
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of brands, agencies, and media/platform ecosystems
• Experience building and pitching strategy-led presentations to clients
• 4+ years of experience in advertising, media, social, PR, or creative strategy
• Creative Strategy or platform experience at a social, mobile, or advertising technology company
• Experience supporting app, gaming, mobile, or performance-driven advertisers
• Experience writing professionally for digital or social platforms
• Agency, media, or integrated marketing experience
