Creative Strategist (Finance)

Join Reddit's KarmaLab, the creative engine behind the Global Sales Organization. As a Creative Strategist, you will shape creative strategy for Finance advertisers, develop Reddit-native ideas, and help brands connect with Reddit communities. You will partner closely with Sales teams, act as a creative consultant for Finance-focused clients, and educate internal sales teams and external partners on creative best practices.

• Ability to independently manage projects, timelines, and presentation development
• Experience working closely with Sales and xfn partners in pre-sales or client-facing environments
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scrappy, ambiguous environments
• Deep understanding of Reddit, internet culture, and community-driven platforms
• Strong understanding of platform ecosystems and how brands show up across social/media environments
• Portfolio demonstrating strong strategic and creative thinking
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and client communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Slides
• Strong understanding of brands, agencies, and media/platform ecosystems
• Experience building and pitching strategy-led presentations to clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• 4+ years of experience in advertising, media, social, PR, or creative strategy
• Creative Strategy or platform experience at a social, media, or advertising technology company
• Experience working alongside Sales teams in pre-sales environments
• Experience writing professionally for digital or social platforms
• Experience supporting Finance advertisers
